Watches cant be dismantled Build 41.44

I get the following error when in the contextmenu (right click on a watch)  is opened.

The option to dismantling is not there and get the following error code.

Do you have any mods installed? I can right-click on a digital watch and see the dismantle option, and I'm in .44.

Did some testing, and it seems the Mod "Harry's Better Vanilla Weapons" breaks the option.
I will leave him a comment.
