ExcentriCreation
So at some point over the last 12hours an update came out which turned off all console output.... Given that I had always relied on that to debug my mods, I haven't used the lua debugger before & the assigned hotkey isn't doing anything anyways.....So.... How am I supposed to find that ridiculous little syntax error that is stopping my mod from working after an overhaul of one of its core components?.... (sigh)
Stormy
I'm fairly sure its a bug to be resolved. I had trouble launching in debug mode but I managed to do it a couple of builds ago. You have followed the instructions here (including those suggested in the other posts)? http://theindiestone.com/forums/index.php/topic/1033-lua-debugger/
ExcentriCreation
Ah!..... thanks mate. Like I said, I've been relying on the console for debugging purposes.... All I ever needed was an error statement & a line number so there was no reason to get into the lua debugger. I'll go look at those now That also raises further questions about why the console output has been removed if there are bugs in the debugger.... ExcentriCreation
Wait.... open the PZ.bat file & you will get the console working....
