The time "survived for" is wrong

I have the starting date and time set at October 31st at 05:00.

 

It shows my character survived for 13 days 11 hours so far, but it's November 13th at 12:20.

 

The time must actually start counting at 01:00, instead of what you set it at in the world options. It should say 14 days 7 hours.

 

Edit - I don't know if it makes any difference, but I didn't find a watch until around day 11.

 

 

Edit - I meant to put 13 days 7 hours, but if you look at the game time and count back 7 hours, that would instead make it 13 days 4 hours.
