KouhaiSan
We can build walls and doors on level 3 carpentry, but there is for some reason not a single way to make a roof for your own base, unless u wait untill level 6 carpentry, build stairs and build a floor on a second story. So... Can we please get an abbility to build roofs? uwu pzfreak, TrailerParkThor, Damano and 6 others
pzfreak
I would love that as well. Also can those roofs be not flat as floor sort of triangle shape woth two variations high and low please? Mkartush
This suggestion is great from my point of view. Also the quality of the roof may be determined by carpentery skill as well as with walls. Bad quality roof might not fully protect from the rain and cold, while top level roof will have a 100% protection. Also it might be usefull to make it craftable only from level 6, so character could build it similarly to building floor instead of roof (as we do now). It is a high-skill ability to make roofs, rather difficult to implement (probably) but visually it would look great. TrailerParkThor
That would be awesome, especially if they fuctioned like stairs and could be ascended and descended. Would be awesome to get up to the high point of the roof and use it as a lookout point. Yes make it an alternative rather than the new "preferred" method.
