Showering?

The idea being that if either the water is still running, or that a shower is attached to a rain barrel, that one could, if undressed, use a shower to wash themselves faster than by using a sink or water from their inventory.

This is actually a great idea.  Some of the more iconic scenes for me in the zombie genre have been people exposed, physically and emotionally, as they stand defeated washing all the blood and gunk off.  It would be cool from an RP perspective to be able to recreate that feeling at the end of a PZ day.

At the very least it would be nice to be able to use showers at all, even if it was functionally identical to using a bathtub, sink, or toilet (ew).

 

(sidenote: I like to assume that the character is using only the water that's in the tank, not the bowl. But I'll never quite know for sure.)

Can't find the link right now, but there is a list of frequent requests that the team have said "no" to and that list contains showering/using toilets etc. along with a number of other things.

 However, it refers to "Personal Hygiene (going to the bathroom, etc.)" i.e. a sims-like hygiene and bladder, part of which is included in this mod.

 

I think washing clothes and body out of blood and dirt, since implemented, have fallen out of the scope, since we already can wash outselves and our clothes in sinks et al
