Wrong Farmer and Gardener Experience Gain on collecting crops

In game the character with out farmer starting skill getting 16,67 XP on crop harvesting with is 0,25x,

 

The character with gardener trait got 1 lvl on Farming but as a result 75 XP on crop harvesting with is not match official wiki formula:

16,67 XP x 4 = 66,68 XP but in game we have  75 XP.

 

At the same time Farmer who start with 3 lvl on Farming got 58,1 XP with is less than even gardener and it's very weird, how lvl 3 Farmer can get less XP than lvl 1 Gardener?

 

It have to be 16,67 XP x 6 = 100 XP not 58,1XP that we have in game.

 

As I think it have to be:

18,75 XP on crop harvesting for character with out Farming skills.

75 XP for Gardener who have +1 lvl Farming skill.

112,5 XP for Farmer who have +3 lvl Farming skill.
