Car Exhaust in Buildings is Persistent After Engine is Turned Off 41.30?

Having a running car inside a building causes damage to the character, similar to a generator running inside.
However, after the car engine is turned off, the damage effect inside the building still persists.
Leaving and returning to the cell does not end the effect.

But quitting and reloading does.

Can confirm: almost died from that.

Parked my car in a big warehouse, turned off the car, closed the gate, realised that I was dying (no indication of the source of damage).
So, I reopened the warehouse gate (my car was just in front of it, inside the building), went outside, waited outside for a bit, entered again: start loosing health again.

Oh, and it made my character to become exhausted but the game won't allow me to sleep for some unspecified reason.

Confirm this happened twice to me as well using the riverside warehouse as a base, first time recovered after exiting and reentering save, second time i went to bed and slept a long time but sleep moodle went red hot, woke and went terminal!

 

Clueless and frustrated at first, but glad to see its a thing reported here.
