[Build 41.29 IWBUMS] Blooo's appearing in inventory as washable items

I was intending to find a hotkey or a easy way to stack zombie corpses so I could burn them on top of a campfire to clean them up. I looked up ways and on an old version people said you could switch to a weapon on your belt and it would drop the corpse. Instead, the corpse disappeared and I was unable to equip anything in my hands for a while until I reloaded the game. 

 

I did this a few times to see if I could drop the corpse on a reload, but each time the same issue happened, the zombie corpse disappeared and I couldn't equip anything in my hands until I rebooted. 

 

Later on while trying to wash myself I realized the game had created some Blooo items that are washable, but not in my inventory, have no weight, and are invisible. 

I have the hydrocraft beta , necroforge, and superb survivors mod on at the time so there's a possibility that, that created the glitch but I don't know.

I can confirm this happens on vanilla unmodded PZ too; at least for the last IWBUMS 2 patches.
