Mods not working

I've downloaded mods like ORGM and Hydrocraft and they've worked in the past but recently they stopped working. I checked the mods tab and none of them showed up. I looked at my subscribed items in steam workshop and they're all installed. I've tried reinstalling the game but no luck.

Can you try restarting Steam and then making sure that Steam is running while the game is running? If you are launching from the .bat files, the game can launch without Steam and then the Workshop mods wont show up.
