Corrupted Save

Weird one this, the game crashed on me forcing me to reset my computer. When I loaded up the game everything seemed normal except part of my base had reverted to how it would have been original. As you can see on the photos, part of my base has completely disappeared and gone back to how it originally was.

 

I'm not using any mods so not sure why this has happened or if there is any way to fix it.

 

I've attached some photos as it's easier to understand what I mean by looking at the photos.
