CTD and all zombies gone after reload.

For context, this all happened with my character near a huge horde. Big enough that it was causing severe framerate drops when Ilooked at it. The game just CTD'd when I tried to change resolution from 1440 to 1080. I still cant change resolution without a CTD now, even in the main menu. Then, upon reloading my save, the entire horde was completely gone, and seeming every zombie in town was gone as well.

 

I do use some mods, for more context.
