Unloading over weight containers “fixed”

So I have loaded up a toy wagon (119lb.),  then placed the wagon into a truck box. And now I can’t remove the contents of from the wagon, or pull it out of the truck box. To place the wagon in my inventory.  I would like to remove the equ from the wagon I collected, but weight allowance won’t let me grab the wagon. Is there a way to pick out the equ. from the wagon?

[GM increased my carry weight to remove the wagon, then unloaded it. Then placed carry weight back to normal.]
