Exercist
It seems rather apparent that you can create and save a preset for your profession, traits, and skills when creating a character, but you cannot create and save a preset for your appearance. Is this intentional so as to encourage players to design different looking characters each time? Would like to be able to quickly load up a preset starter outfit at the very least so as to save time. Looking forward to hearing what others have to say. grammarsalad, Quintes, lootedspiffo and 2 others

Make the hair grow slowly on the head of male and female characters. Accordingly, with the help of scissors you can cut them. Using sharp objects, such as a knife, cut off too long regrown hair and, standing in front of the mirror, or with scissors and a comb in your hand, cut and select a haircut - from long to short, respectively. Long hair can be collected in a ponytail with an elastic band. For male characters - the growth of stubble on the face Accordingly, using a razor or knives (axes) - to shave your face. And yes, the style is also chosen during shaving. If you don’t shave for a long time, you can let go of your long beard and shorten it by simply trimming it. This would make it possible to achieve more realism and create a character style during the game, in addition to choosing a style at the very beginning ... Even if you use a knife (scissors) in the blood of zombies when shaving, you can get infected. Edited October 22, 2019 by Nebula
Lord_of_Cats
This is a feature that already exists in last stand mode, so I don't imagine it'd take much work to copy it over to normal games as well.
Fortport
I like the idea of saving presets for appearance and having that tied into profiles. I don't see why this wouldn't be planned to happen in the future. elonce
