Park car next to sheet rope that leads to nowhere (floating wall) and you can get stuck and unable to move.

I was playing on a multiplayer server and got stuck in my car. How to reproduce:

 

Park car between wall and a sheet rope that leads to nowhere (floating wall)

Press E to try and get in car (character climbs rope instead)

Keep spamming E... That's all the steps. 

 

I got inside the car eventually but was also stuck in the passenger seat. Couldn't switch seats or get back out. 

 

Restarting the game client fixed it.

Taking a car battery out of a car while it's running and the car keeps running.

 

Have you tried using V > enter vehicle option? 

 

Bug nr. 2 is a known issue.

Actually the car have alternator. And (in case only engine is running - means no lights, no radio... nothing else) it's pretty enough for the engine to keep run.

I don't think it's a bug.
