Mac OS problem 3D
2 2

Hi, I used the search engine but I can not find my "problem", so I'll go there:
First apologize for using the Google translator. English is not my language.

I am one of the MAC + NVIDIA players affected by the rare problem in which 3D models are not displayed correctly. Okay, it's not a problem for me because I can use 2D models (I like retro aesthetics). But if I want to use vehicles, the problem comes:

If I use 3D models, I can see the body of the vehicles perfectly, but my character will not have face, shoes, or underwear (bad, it gives me chills to think of going naked in a zombie apocalypse).
If I use 2D models, the character is perfect, but I can see the vehicles, just the leftovers.

What can I do to use 3D cars and 2D character? Is there any solution?
I have tried using mods for Skin, but it does not work. I use Steam (IWBUMS 40.43). The specifications of my computer are:

Mac Pro 3,1 (OS X Sierra)

2 x 2,8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

32 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 1024 MB (Same problem with GeForce 8800GT 512MB)

Anything else?

Unfortunately, it's just not something we've ever encountered on Mac. I don't know what else we can suggest. The only older Mac I've got to test is a Mac Mini from 2011, but it uses Intel-integrated graphics, instead of nVidia. It works OK.
