As you see it's red and "frozen" at the same time. And it should take very little time to defrost in oven. Shamanu Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 (edited) Yes it is. You also can do the experiment in real life: take a piece of frozen meat and put it to the oven. After some time it'll be hot on the outer layer and still frozen inside. Don't see and issue or bug here. Just press the arrow on the left of item 's icon and see how fast it loses a frozen state.
