And although I notice in the patch 40 the sprinter option is disabled, sprinting zombie still appear when the speed option is set as Random. Disabled zombies sprinters in MP (if speed is set to Sprinter, it'll be set back to Fast Shamblers) It's in the change list of patch 40, posted on 30 Oct.
