Runs poorly now that 40. update

I dont know how to find or delete the mods in my computor.   They are in the mod catagory on PZ disabled but how do I delete them.  I downloaded them when I was trying to join groups as they said it was required to join.   Please someone help me so I can delete all of them.  This is frustrating and I cant play my game.  Thank You

Where did you buy the game? If you subscribed to mods on Steam you could simply unsubscribe to them.
