I picked up the Zomboid four pack in the Christmas Steam sales of 2015 and had an absolute blast that winter with my wife and in-laws (we held the tavern south of Muldraugh for about a month before getting reckless and barely surviving an epic siege at the nearby motel). My recent solo playthrough saw me exploring metal crafting. I welded up the church in Rosewood and held it for about three weeks, before finally succumbing to a scratch and dying in an armchair while learning the basics of fishing (I now attract all the fly bait needed, so it's not all bad). It's an absolute bargain of a game, and it's been a delight to see the continued updates such as vehicles and weather. With animations and appearance overhauls coming, I know I'll have plenty to return to. For a game full of rotting corpses, you certainly know how to keep it fresh! Cheers.
