accounts Trouble with claiming account from desura

I have purchased the game project zomboid back during it's alpha days when it was run on desura platform and followed the instruction on the indiestone support web and sent an email to accounts@projectzomboid.com with an official receipt I've received from desura when i purchase the game, however I never received any reply thus far.
