Perhaps windows on certain vehicles like prison transport vans, Armored (bank) trucks, etc... In line with your topic, but reverse effect : Prison bars (wall and door set) should allow bullets to go through... or at least block only 10-15% of them. And be pretty much unbreakable without a Sledge.... Like the "Mall" (tile set) metal grill wall, and Tall Fence (tile set). Currently, my workaround for making buildings that feature permeable prison looking cells or grates, is to use the one of those (Tall Fence or Mall grill) inside the Commercial window frame tile set... This blocks movement, is unbreakable by Zombies, and allows bullets to go thru... Unfortunately, the door still blocks bullets, and can be broken into way too easy for being a heavy duty door designed to keep people and things locked up...
