Modern White Chair rotation (only 2 orientation)

I'm moving furniture and I've come across two Modern White Chair that can't rotate in all direction.

 

They can only rotate from their original direction (facing east) to an alternate direction (facing south).  It's a bit of a shame because I wanted them to face west

 

It's in build 38.30.

I'm assuming this is the chair you're talking about?


I initially thought it might be because there was only a texture for those two directions, as is the case for some objects. But I can confirm that the art is there (so long as this is the right chair ).

Yes, that's the chair. I can't get the last two rotation option.

 

So far that's the only time I noticed this issue.
