Talon2100
Build 39.66.3 My character started Obese. At 2 months and 17 days survived I have gone from 105Kg to 104.57Kg through bouts of starvation and lots of running and wood chopping. It's going down VERY slowly. Edit: it's worth noting I never experienced the weight system before and have never tried a character that needed to change their weight. So I don't actually know if this is a bug, just my observations. Old posts I found from Enigma seemed to imply it should or used to change much faster. Faalagorn
It's important to eat low-calories, low-carb, low-fat food to lose weight, the ones with the best hunter/calories/carb/fat ratio would be the best – that includes berries and most of the fruits and vegetables. You can take nutrition traits to familiarize with the values, but even without it you can read nutrition facts of packaged foods or look in game files (these values are always fixed). For more details see http://pzwiki.net/wiki/Nutrition and you can take a look at the food spreadsheet I created for myself that includes various hunter and nutrition calculations https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NSJsuqkqmEhjus0ay2bW4dbD79Xx399eOtLE26omaGs/edit#gid=751670255
