I just started playing IWBUMS beta with no mods. I am hosting the game and my friends are joining to my system. I always play a deaf character. I have never heard anything until now. I hear the starting and stopping of vehicles. When my friends or myself turn the engine on or off with the key, the sound is heard by my deaf character. It is startling when you are used to hearing nothing. We love the game, so I thought you would like to know about this bug.
