Unsure of whether or not it's noted in the console log as shown, but something that could be the problem is the game resolution and your monitor resolution not being the same, causing the game to crash. try going into the config files and manually setting the resolution, although I don't think it's the case. 

 

Also for the drivers, if you have nVidia, their website releases the drivers to msi, Geforce, and the other companies that sell the cards. Refer to the software that your GPU uses and get the drivers from that as they are specifically tested for your gpu.

 

Also test to make sure that you're using the GPU in your PCIe slot and not integrated graphics.

It means that you might have outdated graphic drivers.

 

You need to install your graphics drivers from AMD/Intel/nVidia support website. Try to manually select them from the dropdown lists, rather than using an program to do this for you, as they often get it wrong.
