Brefe
Hello everyone, my question is simple. Does cooking recipes decrease, increase or maintain the same amount of callories of the ingredients when cooked? Like a cooking pot with a rabbit (350 cal according to pz wiki) and a potato (70 cal), will have 420 callories?... More?... Less?... Anyone knows? FinestHops
I could be wrong but I believe that the calories are dictated by what is inside the food. The more ingredients, the more calories.
Brefe
Yes, I mean, that is obvious, but my question is it there's any change or "plus" for the food when cooked
Randomorph
This would be fairly easy to test with either a Fitness Instructor or the Nutritionist Perk. I would also wonder if cooking skill impacts this at all.
