Question about callories

Hello everyone, my question is simple. Does cooking recipes decrease, increase or maintain the same amount of callories of the ingredients when cooked?

 

Like a cooking pot with a rabbit (350 cal according to pz wiki) and a potato (70 cal), will have 420 callories?... More?... Less?... 

Anyone knows?
