Watershut

Hello guys!

Im just started a server (again) but i cant set the water/elecric shut off instantly... i checked the options at the start a new sendbox game, and there was the first option=instantly. 
i tried to edit my lua file "watershut =1, electric shut=1," thats should be instantly cut these but they still working on my server:S
what should i do for instantly cut electricity and water? i did it a few times and it works, but idk what happend now:D

Try setting the months since apoc to 1 as well. 

Also, make sure your power and water modifiers are set to 0

thx, i just solved it:D the shutmodifier should have been at "-1":P so thats works now:) but thx
