With the public Spiffo server down i'm going to play on my own pc  host server with same build.

If i experience crashes there would it be helpful to report them here?

 

Nevermind, i went out-sync within seconds of driving. All zombies and cars disappeared except for the car i was driving.

Water consumption is way to low. Needs to be increased alot. In 24hr in game time i used less than 20% of water bottle.

Food consumption is low, needs to be increased somewhat. I only had to eat one bunch of grapes in 24hours.

 

Problem with taking ammo stacks from containers remains. For example, 6 shell in container, click to take all, only takes 2, click again takes 3, etc etc.

 

Server itself seems to go down alot and i don't think its from crashes, i was the only person on the server doing routine building (no driving) and connection to server failed now and again.

Well, MP become more stable in case of perfomance and car driving now is very smooth , but lag\ping issues is still there.

1) Items from containers still duplicaited most of time when i take them.

2) In SP zombies horde will stop your car when you try run over them, but in MP its not work.
3) Game crash when i hit my car with a hammer.
4) Found flying flipped car in main road of Muldraugh, but collision of this car works fine. (10607x9269)
5) Zombies very passive to players in cars. They walk to car and dont do anything. In SP they more aggresive.
6) I get notification about having keys to all cars and i can ride them, but i dont have any keys.

After i wrote message to the chat and press enter to send a message i will exit the car. This is very annoying.

Hi, i was looting a warehouse with another player. Anytime he entered a room with a door, the door didn't appear as opened, he just passed through it.

Safehouse adding players is now bugged. I added one player successfully, then i was curious who was on the server, and clicked add another player, the red bugged box appears.

I signed out of server then signed back in awhile later. The safehouse adding player bug has disappeared for now.

 

Edit: reappeared now.

We have some vulgar users on the server, probably juvenile and irritating.

Not my idea of a fun time.

 

Any way i can stop seeing the posts in the chat window?

ESC -> Players -> click on a player's name -> Mute. Note that Mute is only for the current session. If you log off then back on, you'll have to mute them again.

Hi, I wanted to report about a few bugs I recently experienced on the server: invisible walls and unlootable stuff.

 

I started a new character on Friday and set up a small safehouse at the "rusty rifle" tavern with a couple of other people.

As I launched PZ today the console popped up an error (not related to the server, it was at boot, see attached console log).

However I logged on the server, and now I cannot interact with nothing in the safehouse, be it beds, boxes, stuff on the floor. I can only use windows and sheet ropes to move around using the E key (but nothing can be clicked on with the mouse).

Also close to the sheet ropes on the second floor there is something invisible I can't walk through.

I have attached here a couple of screenshots.

 

Besides, under Linux (Ubuntu 17.10 x64) you can't still hear any car noises (engine, tires, horn...). All other noises work fine. It has been like that since a few builds, as I had already pointed out in the past.

Hey Cat, its TAze. Yes the safehouse thing is bugged. I had to claim it again after finding it unclaimed. If i see  you on the server i'll add u again.

 

Edit: actually the map was reset so safehouse conditions were reset too.

Ok, I see, so part of that would be the effect of an enforced safehouse, right? It's a bit weird though, since I remember that with the safehouse system you couldn't enter one. Instead I could enter and exit but found invisible walls and couldn't interact with stuff.

BTW don't worry, I'll be around sometimes and besides I'm just looking for bugs, not serious play ;)

The invisible wall u experienced was because i placed a lamp pillar near that corner and in combination with the crate it blocks that corner, i didn't do it purposefully , just an oversight.

A word of warning.

I took a long drive, got out of vehicle with zombies a comfortable distance away and started to walk. Suddenly i got a 2 scratches, no z's near me, i ran a distance and stopped, got 2 more, ran again and then realised i must have lagged out on the server. I quickly logged out.

When i logged back in i manage to get away from the zombies.

I'm probably gonna die from the scratches since i'm nausea's.

Maybe next time i take a long drive, i'm gonna logout while still sitting in the vehicle and then log back in, just to be safe.

A few minor issues, sorry if some might be duplicate.

I set up a safehouse in the cabin in the woods east from the "rusty rifle" tavern in south Muldraugh.

I am experiencing some sync issues, in which things respawn in containers as soon as I stop observing them ;) especially bookshelves always respawn more books.

Also I have troubles barricading south facing windows: I can only barricade from outside. Inside, below the windows are some cupboards, so they might be causing issues (?).

Sometimes I also think that some containers don't properly remember the stuff I put in, but it happens randomly and rarely, so it's hard to pin down.

Still playing around in south Muldraugh, using the safehouse at ~11060x10640.

Today I was alone on the server, for a while, but still experienced sync issues.

Stuff I placed in containers yesterday were not there anymore. Also I placed a lamp on a table, and by the time I exited, and come back in (about 5 minutes irl) the lamp was gone. Also the shelves on the wall appear to be respawning books every time I check them, I have created half a library from scratch due to this :-D

Anyways, I was always alone on the server, so it is not a server overload issue, I think.

About the house itself, apparently the south facing windows are installed "inside out" where I can put a sheet only from the outside. This would explain what I observed yesterday.
