Looking for some information regarding some of the newer options in the config file.

Basically, what do these all do exactly?

Radio/chat chatter among admins can be hidden from players, depending on their access level. 

 

Safety is a toggle that enables or disables combat. When everyone is "safe,"  no one can hurt one another, unless a user is skulled (unsafe). Being skulled means they can hurt you and you can hurt them. 

The status is shown on the lower-righthand side of the screen as a pair of crossed axes. When it's green, your'e safe. When it's  orange, you're transitioning between states (and people are warned of your intentions). When it's red, you can hurt others.

 

It takes 100 non-nonsensical time units to transition between these states.

 

After going skulled,  you then remain skulled for 120 non-nonsensical time units.
