Variativity for important actions

Current system works like "hold the mouse 100 years > git gud". I don't think this is something that doesn't fit the PZ, but i hope you add animation variativity to this. Unique animation for character stamina level, his panic level and all. This would make game less monotone and also give you understanding of your "weapon hit power" . Same for the all important activities like stealth, running and walking.
