I.e with HAM, also i imagined that you could put a walkie in the street and broadcast a 'hey you' from the HAM to draw Zeds but i guess that isnt possible... They provide news reports and other broadcasts that add to the lore of the zombie infection and give the player a sense of the scale of the chaos outside of Knox County.
