Steam 4 pack of PZ

I want to buy the steam 4 pack of PZ to give to friends but it wants you to keep one for yourself. I already own PZ and it's not giving me an option to buy the 4 pack if I want to have all 4 be gifts. Is there anything you can do about this? I really want all 4 as gifts.

This is a Steam limitation. You cannot buy 4 packs without keeping one copy yourself.

You could either make a dummy account and buy the 4-pack, but to get all 4 you'd need to purchase it using the account of one of your friends. Or fund their purchase thru Steam Wallet.

Yeh, my recommendation for this has always been just giving a friend the money for it (if you trust them). Sorry about the inconvenience, I've had this problem with Steam for ages.
