Screaming in agony

I've noticed characters aren't screaming or anything when they're in agony. They bleed a lot and stuff, but they aren't screaming. Should they be?

No. I want nice text output instead (like back in the old fallout games).

 

The death scream at the end of the game is enough sound for my needs.

I could kinda go either way on this. I think, though, that I agree with RoboNono here. Having text output like with the dialogue (that would also let nearby zombies here) would be nice for when you take large amounts of damage in short periods of time.

I'd have to go for the text. It's like sneezing, basically. The screams for death should, well, be reserved for death. They make it all that more hard-hitting.

I have to agree with the others a nice bit of text would suffice, and maybe you could relate the actual Zed alert radius to one of the perks.
