Is the real life town of Muldraugh aware that Muldraugh appears in PZ?

I'm just wondering since the game has been in development for a few years now. You think they know, and if they do, what do they think of it?

Still, It would almost be worth taking time off work to drive down there to Kentucky with a video camera and a Zomboid shirt and get some reaction shots after telling them I was there to see the ground zero of the Zombie Apocalypse.

Muldraugh's Wikipedia page lists it as being the setting of Project Zomboid. I'm assuming that somebody from the town would've checked their page and taken note of that fact at some point during Project Zomboid's development.

I doubt it. How many times have you checked the Wikipedia page for your own hometown? Especially in one as rural as Muldraugh.

If you google Muldraugh (certainly from the UK) the PZ map pretty much dominates the image search. I'd be surprised if some in Muldraugh haven't stumbled upon PZ but afaik no one's raised any objections.

We get Muldarughians every now and then who seem pretty pleased with how it all worked out, baring some weirdness with the road to West Point.

You are asking does Muldraugh'ians know that they are groundzero in a game, hell i didnt know there is Muldraugh outside of PZ ;D , for some odd reason and language barrier im always saying it wrongly, my weird accent dosent help this neither so i end up calling it Muld'raugeh, to bypass this problem i call Muldraugh a "MurMur" or "Muldie" ^^
