Permanent Stats Idea?

Hey, so I'll get straight to the point. What I'm looking for is a mod that lets you keep your stats even after death. We all know damn as well grinding for the stats is a pain, and how easy it is to get infected and die with said stats is more frustrating as when you're walking around the house in socks and you step in something wet. I'm plenty o' sure that I'm not the only one whose thought/wanted this before, not to mention past posts of this request. Also, I'm pretty sure that this game is not identified as a "rougue like" game, as you are clearly able to back up your game, and reload past saves, where as other games delete the save upon death. I'm hoping that someone will take heed to my request and hopefully post back with some results :).
