This is a little game/immersion breaking, no? Did a quick search and couldn't find this posted elsewhere, please remove if I'm being redundant. Allows me to make safe areas for new players. Doesn't bother me as much since a second story building is essentially zombie proof as well. So I can give RPer/PvE'ers a small safe/lore community in between their runs of the dangerous PvP part of the world.
