Ive updated steam, updated my drivers, re-installed VCRedist 2015, and it still doesn't work. All my other steam games work fine so I know it isn't a problem with steam itself. I restarted the computer after each update and I'm getting pretty annoyed. Ive put the console file below.

I just bought the game and it isn't working.
