He's a mascot of PZ, as you can see. He's incredibly cute and generally is a nice guy. At least, sometimes he's a nice guy. Usually, players collect Spiffo dolls to prove their OGness. So they've actually made him lucky? I know the great Spiffo was falsely rumoured to be lucky for a long time and heard they might officially code this in. Displaying Spiffos in your safehouse also makes you more attractive to the opposite sex, the same sex, animals and big trees. But that's obvious.
