I would go for some porn stores if they were done in a Leisure suit Larry kind of way, where there'd be a few vague posters on the walls and just loads of shelves with magazines (with some extra happiness ) and dvds. This is an adult game after all and there will most likely be drugs etc. so why not porn? It doesn't have to be in your face tits n dicks. Just that you'd notice it when you walk in. Porn could be considered 'The Harmless Drug'.Other than that, they are both AO so if one makes it's way in to PZ, the other is sure to quickly follow suit. Just because a game is for adult audiences doesn't mean it needs to be in-your-face about it. I highly doubt many people are puttering around in PZ going "You know what this game is missing? Personally I'm not talking about porn as in full blown sex magazines and dildos etc. but rather just a small shop with a tacky name, bikini pictures on the walls and shelves with magazines and maybe have the mags have a happiness buff just for giggles. Of course it isn't necessary but it would be a fun little find when eventually the game grows large and adds more places and content. It's more of an Easter egg type thing. Some people might get offended, but the point of it would be miniscule and unnoticeable to the majority and not a major feature which would turn people off. (I don't think 1 in a ~1000+ buildings would affect sales in either way) Besides a large part of todays mainstream media does have lots of suggesting material out there and while some may not agree with it, it is accepted by the large majority as a normal thing in this age and time... anyways the point isn't to prove that it's an adult oriented game, but rather would be fun? In other words it adds to the games atmosphere. somebody help me out here I'm not good at this debating thing!! Point2: It is against a sort of prudeness that, while I believe people have the right to, shouldn't be restricting the popular media in it's expression. TL;DR: Rebellion!!! In fact, if you search around there's already some mildly suggestive posters in I would argue that while having explicit content would be a turn off to many (and I myself wouldn't want to add that anyway), I don't see how just having their presence in the game would be offensive. I guess this topic is such a hotspot because people tend to agree that actual sex = sexual content, but that's about the only thing people agree on. Gibbles Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 I can't say I'd mind a sort of flashy/seedy strip club-esque area buried in the city somewhere and other red light district kind of places, but I think adding zombie hookers, topless NPCs, and dildos as weapons is not only too far, but just plain stupid. Trashy "crack addict" party-girl type NPCs hanging out in that area wouldn't be a bad idea, and could make for interesting sub-plots. Kind of like in Deadrising 2 where you have to carry a puking shitfaced chick to safety. But is it necessary to sexualise the game? No. I personally think that sexualising a game really cheapens the overall design. "Yeah lets throw in some boobies! That'll please the dumb male teen gamers and increase our sales!"
