'NORMAL TERMINATION' problem

Hi! Pls help! I have 2 questions, I hope one of you could find any solution. I bought PZ today,but trouble with multiplayer.

1- I want to play with my friend on LAN.I have a problem that called 'normal termination' , and my friend too. I'd read the forums, watched the videos. They talkig abouth 'Multiplayer' folder in users/../zomboid. But there is no 'Multiplayer' folder in my 'Zomboid' folder. I update all steam files for PZ. How can I find/create this file? Or download? 

2- After multiplayer problem, what should I do for play on LAN? I'm adding one file that the window when I click 

ProjectZomboidServer(C:/programfiles/steam/Steamapps/common/Projectzomboid) this window open.
