Hydrocraft on the Steam Workshop is broken.

Whenever I try to join a server that has Hydrocraft installed the game says that the mod needs to be updated, nothing happens and I can't join. When I close the game the Workshop files start downloading but it flashes between complete and the bar being half full. The only way to stop it is to unsubscribe to the mod. I have tried manually downloading Hydrocraft but the game never recognizes it when joining servers.

Other mods work fine and the game crashes on startup when subscribed to Hydrocraft too.

Does anyone know of a solution?
