Converting to Steam Maps

So I have some old custom maps like Bedford Falls, New Denver and Drayton installed the pre-Steam way. How do I remove them so I can subscribe to their steam versions instead?

you should remove them from the map folder, remove all including the original folders because some of the files inside are modified from the previous community maps versions.. and after that let steam check the game for issues missing files, steam will get the missing files like a vanilla installation (right klick the game in library, properties, and then it should be under the general tab somewhere on the bottom [not sure that it is exactly there, to be honest:) ] it is called somehow local files checking)

Yeah just removed ALL maps and did an integrity check on steam. Now subscribing to the custom maps I use to have. I think I can replace them all except for Dreadwood.
