Nibiru
Yeah! I'm having the same exact problem with build (32.30). I go through my router and into single port forwarding and do 16261 as UDP, then go through http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/... and it says my 16261 is "Closed"?? I made sure the Windows Firewall wasn't holding it up and it's good. I'm using Windows 10 (64bit), using a Linksys WRG 54G Also I'm not new to hosting games but for whatever reason this isn't working. Anyone have any idea why? EnigmaGrey
The sever does need to be running for the port to show as open, though these sites aren't always accurate. If you can have someone try to connect to your server, you'll know pretty quickly. It should fail when testing with something like "TCP port test: accept() timed out, client will have to try again" if this port is blocked. If this is a steam-enabled server though, it should show up in the serverlist. Check the list first.
