Smashing Garage Doors

I suggest that we should be able to open (destroy) garage doors with an axe (maybe a hammer) and not just a sledgehammer.

 

Garage doors are usually constructed of individual 'boards' that are either made of wood, thin metal, or vinyl that are held together with hinges so that the door can flex when raising/lowering.

 

I was looking at my garage door today (its wood btw) and I realized that if I had an axe I could easily hack around the hinges or the boards themselves and get into my garage should the need arise. I was even thinking I could do this with a hammer if I really needed to based on how the hinges are installed.

 

Sledges are super hard to find and they might only be able to be found in the garages we can't open without one.

Yeah and maybe if the car door get's completely destroyed, zombies can pull you out or damage you at least.
