MonolithicBacon
So, it seems that trouble comes in threes. As I was recently backing up my files, I wanted to generate cells to test out bugs, and as it moves onto cell 0,1, I receive the error message: "A RoomDef in cell 0,1 overlaps cell boundaries. Near x,y=300,0" Across the whole cell there are no buildings that overlap the boundaries; additionally, there is only one building in the corner near 300,0, and it is not overlapping the edge (in fact, it's a few squares away from the edge). I have attempted a few things, including checking all of the Room Definitions in cell 0,1 for issues, and even removing the suspected building. Any clues, folks? MonolithicBacon
Well... I solved this one myself. In future, if anybody encounters this error, it seems that you have dragged a building into a cell that you are not currently editing. It will be highlighted in red. This took a few too many hours to solve. Sigh.
