Trash cans delete items, despawning corpses

Junk laying around gets to be a real problem especially in MP servers, would it be possible to have trash cans delete items that are put into them every game day instead of spawning loot? That way people can toss their junk items like rotten food, wet towels, dirty rags, or broken weapons in them instead of just leaving it laying around everywhere.

 

Having corpses despawn after a week or so in game would be nice too especially for persistent servers. It'd also be another way to get rid of junk for people who live out in the woods and don't have ready access to trash cans, they could just stuff their trash into a corpse.

Put them into a box, burn the box. Profit? Or I guess you wouldn't profit because you are burning your assets but w/e.

Exactly, making boxes uses nails. Burning nails is negative profit.

These ideas are probably not going to happen, since people:

 

A: Stash things in trash cans

B: Stash things in bodies

 

Also.

 

Bodies by no means need to despawn considering it's a persistent game through-and-through. You can already burn bodies if you want to.

Also Trash cans often have bags, which are used to make barrels.

There is no garbage disposal team walking about.

 

If anything Campfires should just destroy any item that's not food. Or free floating items despawn naturally since that's how games like minecraft know you don't care about it anymore since its not placed or on you anymore.
