That just indicates a regular bacterial infection in the wound.As far as I can tell, this is the case. I had a character get scratched by a zombie, and the scratch got infected. I decided to treat the wound and play it out, and he survived. After a few days of disinfecting and bandage changes, the wound healed and my health went back to OK. Heh, I forgot that scratches caused by zombies can get standard infections even if they were not zombie virus infected.Edit: **** I lost at least 3 characters to my own stupidity!!!
