Gustav
I was playing with some friends and we decided to make the School our "Base of Operations". And we looted the School and found some guns & ammo in the Teacher's desk. That doesn't seem right... Scorpinox85
migulao
Everything is possible in todays world.Plus, the game takes place a bit of time after the infection began, so someone could have been hiding out in there, and left for scavenging for example, and left the pistol there. Maybe if some windows generated barricaded or something I could believe it... Scorpinox85
CylonBookworm
I think the problem is that you're forgetting that you're in Kentucky. Or, more generally, you're in the American south. In Kentucky the school board can give teachers permission to carry a firearm in the classroom. You just have to own it legally, obviously, and go through a safety course or something like that. Law enforcement doesn't even get involved in the decision. So, what you found perfectly fits the area the game is set in. Scorpinox85
Whenever I find a gun in a "strange" spot, I quickly remind myself, "Oh, right! .... Kentucky..." If anything there should be more guns in even stranger spots than teachers desks...because.....Kentucky MrStevenWolfe and CylonBookworm
Florin
You can find guns in the kindergarten, too. CylonBookworm and LeoIvanov

RoboMat
Last time I checked that usually happens because the container in question doesn't have room definition (yet) and therefore gets its items from a default loot-table, which also includes guns. Dragonbahn
I see this lots of times. Wrong definition. I'm finding towels and rubber ducks in a hardware room.
RoboMat
It makes sense to report these in the map-bug tracker.
CylonBookworm
NO!I shall start a campaign, we shall get the Undead National Weaponry Association involved, as well as the CIA and all of your mothers, to protest this outrageous violation of Kentuckian Teachers Rights. GUNS SHALL STAY IN CLASSROOMS, OR THE HEADS OF YOUR FAVORITE COMEDIANS SHALL ROLL.
Johnny
Out of all honesty, you get a few shootings at schools, and the kids are, well... Unarmed and harmless. So it would make sense if there was a gun inside the teachers desk...
