Add this file to your client LUA.

 

At the top of the file you can choose a string key that if found in the code name of an item, will add the option to sleep in/on the item.

Right now it is set to "sleepin" so if you made an item called say "HCSleepingBagsleepin" then the option to sleep will appear because the code name contains the HCSleepKey which is "sleepin"

 

Also there is a RestKey, if you want to have both sleep and rest options in every item, just make the sleepkey the same as the restkey.  Otherwise add each key to the code name eg. HCSleepingBagsleepinrestin

Note if anyone else can do translations let me know. I have one person working on Korean and another updating the Spanish translations. Major languages like Japanese, Italian and/or German would be great if someone could help with those. Thanks in advance!

 

Need to distinguish Chinese and Simplified Chinese, This is two different languages.

Maybe the Chinese language needs a new name. 

 

Chinese == Traditional Chinese

 

Simplified Chinese == Simplified Chinese

Hey Hydro,

 

i should be able to do the german translation.

 

Is there any template of the files or should i take one of the existing translation files and change it?

Are they complete?

 

Should i avoid letters like ä ö ü and ß ?

1. That would be great!

 

2. The Turkish one is most complete. Please use it as a template but replace the Tukish text with German. Note you dod not need to know Turkish. All tags are in English.

 

3. It is probably ok since the Russian translation looks like jiberish symbols.

I was just wondering if it is possible to request a few recipes such as..

Apricots -  Jam, Dried

Green Grapes - Wine, Jam, Raisins

Pickled Artichokes 

Pickled Zucchini

Garlic Powder from Garlic

Sweet Potato Chips that can be stored in a ziplock bag.

Ability to grind blue, red and white corn into flour.

Ability to pickle or can some of the new fish such as Tuna.

new item: Mango - Jam, Dried

A few questions:

Do those objects that look substantial, like the barricades and pillars block movement, or can you just walk right through them like you can with kilns and such?

Can you ride the bikes?  Do the fork lifts, scissor lifts, and stepladders do anything?

Is there an easier way to keep animals fed?  I keep venturing away from my camp for a few days, only to come back and find all my livestock's starved to death.  Maybe some kind of pasture or something in which the animals can feed themselves?

Bikes can be found, but cars currently are admin spawn only. If you want driveable cars you should get Nolan's Driving Cars mod.

1. If you place them like a tent or fire pit, then yes they will block movement. Don't just drop them.

 

2a. Bikes are just a type of Bag.

 

2b. Nope they are just for show at the moment. Maybe in the future they can let you go up.

 

3. Animals should be able to go without food for a few days (around a week). Note smaller animals like rabbits and chickens need a hutch or coop to last longer. They only survive around 2 days without food outside a hutch or coop.

Sorry for my English.

I'm new in pz modding and don't know all rules.

Few days ago I post my mod Horses on Steam.

Now I think I need ask permission on continue work on it. 

 

I like last animals update where added tired and hungry. I want use this for horses.

 

And I have some idea about randomize animal breeding.  Now animal give constant count of child. If add random count and gender in breed function, you can remove second recipe for breeding. Maybe some time in breed action added zero child's.  Just for realism.

You will have to ask Nolan. he made the timed actions code for animal hunger and such. Rabbits use a random code.

btw sauerkraut no longer seems to works. i can pickle all the rest of the vegetables except for cabbage, red cabbage, and white cabbage.

I read the Pickling Cookbook but the recipes to make sauerkraut, pickled eggs, pickled herring, kimchi, and spicy paste are missing.
